In all hope, your browser should render this site in the venerable Georgia typeface. The size is, understandably, hard to calculate, though the body is set at 0.9 ems.

The text next to the title is pulled from my Twitter account. They are short, one-off updates of what's going on. They are much less involved than a journal post and, thus, easier to keep up to date.

The images along the side of the site are taken from this site. They're from the 16th century, so I'm hoping they're in the public domain. The four images I pulled out of the original woodblock print represent:

  1. Making vellum
  2. Casting type
  3. Setting type and working the press
  4. Binding books.
